JOB VACANCY: Freelance Energy Consultant

Hodan is seeking a Freelance Energy Consultant to support a project helping households at risk of fuel poverty in West London. Responsibilities include creating an energy audit checklist, developing educational materials, training staff, and leading an informational session for service users. Candidates should have a Level 3 qualification in energy assessment and experience in consultancy. Applications are due by 22nd November 2024.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES:

Digital Literacy Trainers / Digital Literacy Supporters

We’re urgently seeking short-term and longer-term volunteers to help us reduce social isolation, improve access to benefits and services, and prevent poverty by training people in basic digital literacy skills.  You can work within your own networks – relatives, friends and neighbours – or with Hodan’s existing service users.  It’s a great opportunity to gain valuable skills for the job market as well as doing something good for the local community!  We’ll provide training and expenses, as well as references for job applications if you need them.
